I fix the tech,
so you can run the business.

Rosana

I'm a software engineer who helps small business owners automate the busywork, set up AI assistants that actually work, and untangle whatever software is getting in the way. Local, hands-on, and mostly by referral.

  • Fixed-price projects, no hourly surprises
  • You own everything I build — no lock-in
  • Happy to meet in person around OC

What I do

Three ways I can help

Most owners come to me with one annoying thing. "I re-type every order into QuickBooks." "I spend Sunday night answering the same five questions." "Our website broke and the guy who built it disappeared." That's the job.

Workflow automation

Stop copying things between apps.

I connect the tools you already use so the boring parts happen on their own.

  • New leads from your website → your CRM, plus an instant text back
  • Invoices, receipts and payments flowing into QuickBooks or Xero
  • Appointment reminders, follow-ups, and review requests
  • A weekly numbers email that writes itself

Built with Zapier, Make, n8n, or plain code — whatever fits and costs the least to run.

AI assistants & agents

An assistant that knows your business.

Not a chatbot that makes things up — a tool set up on your own documents, prices and policies, with guardrails.

  • Answers customer questions from your FAQs, menu, or service list
  • Drafts replies to emails and DMs for you to approve
  • Summarizes calls, sorts your inbox, fills in forms
  • Turns messy notes into quotes, proposals, or job sheets

I'll pick the right model for the job (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) and show you exactly what it costs per month.

"Can you just look at this?"

Anything tech, really.

The stuff that isn't anyone's job but somehow lands on yours.

  • Website, domain, or business email not working
  • Picking and setting up software (POS, booking, CRM, Google Workspace)
  • Moving data from an old system to a new one
  • Small custom tools when nothing off the shelf fits

If I can't fix it, I'll tell you who can — and I won't charge you for the call.

How it works

Simple, and you're never locked in

  1. 1

    A free 30-minute call

You tell me what's annoying you. I ask a lot of questions. Sometimes the answer is a $20/month app and we're done.

  2. 2

    A fixed-price proposal

One page: what I'll build, what it'll cost to run each month, and what it costs once. No hourly meter.

  3. 3

I build it and show you how it works

Usually one to three weeks. You'll see it working on your real data before you pay the balance.

  4. 4

    You own it

Everything lives in your accounts, with a short written guide. I stick around for a few weeks of tweaks, and I'm a text away after that.

Case studies

Things I've built

Golf coach · Custom tool · Video automation

Turning an hour of lesson footage into swing clips, automatically

The problem
A golf coach records full lessons and practice sessions, but students only want their swings — a few seconds at a time, buried in an hour of setup, chat, and walking between shots. Cutting those out by hand meant scrubbing through footage every evening.
What I built
A tool that takes the full recording, finds each swing, and exports it as its own clip. Drop the video in, get back a folder of swings, ready to send to students.
The result
No more editing. The clips come out while the next lesson is happening, and students get their swings the same day.

More write-ups coming. I'm happy to walk you through other projects on a call — some clients would rather not be on a website, and I respect that.

Reviews

In clients' own words

Every review here is written by the client themselves, with their real business name. I don't edit them. If you've worked with me, I'd love to have yours.

Worked with me? Write a review.

Two minutes, your own words, your business name. As a thank-you, you'll get 10% off your next project.

Notes

Things I've figured out lately

Short write-ups on automation, AI tools, and the small stuff that trips up business owners. Mostly things I wish someone had told me first.

    About

    Hi, I'm Rosana.

I build software for a living, and on the side I do this: help people who run restaurants, clinics, shops, studios, and trades businesses get their tech out of the way.

I keep it small on purpose. A handful of clients at a time, mostly in Orange County, mostly because someone I've helped told a friend. That way I can actually pick up the phone, come by in person, and stick around after the project ends.

If your problem is "I know there's a better way to do this, I just don't have time to figure it out" — that's exactly what I'm for.

    Contact

    Tell me what's annoying you.

The fastest way is to grab a slot on my calendar. Or send a note — I read everything and usually reply the same day.

No newsletter, no spam. Just me replying.
